At Hyatt Vineyards, guests will enjoy a featured pairing menu including prosciutto wrapped asparagus with balsamic glaze paired with Syrah, steak crostini with horseradish crème and pickled onion paired with Saperavi, and smoked salmon cucumber coins with dill crème fraîche paired with Viognier.
